Only registered customers are able to place orders through Selvistores online. Guest shoppers may only browse cannot place orders.
Registration is simple and done by individual shopper. The shopper must provide a unique email and password. The password should be of alphanumeric and with minimum 8 characters for security reasons.
Registration provides a unique identification for each shopper.The information given must be kept confidential and must not be disclosed or shared with anyone.You will be responsible for any purchases and activities that are submitted under this Password.
Deliveries are available in Singapore only. Depending on when your orders are received by us, the delivery will be made within 1 - 5 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on each individual vendor's description page. Minimum Order should be S$100.00 then delivery charges will be waived.
Please verify that you entered the correct shipping information, including ZIP and apartment numbers, or you may be charged a S$10.00 penalty.
Deliveries are made on the premise that customers or their representatives will be available to receive their purchases. Should there be any unforeseen circumstances which the customer cannot be present to receive the goods in the requested window, there should be prior information to our office before one hour.
Additional charge will be imposed for order after unsuccessful first delivery.
In situations of stock unavailability, Selvi stores reserves the right to proceed with the order accordingly. Customers will not be informed of the unavailable stock; no replacement or subsequent deliveries will be made. However, subject to the Customers consent,Selvi stores online may substitute a Product for another similar Product if the initial Product ordered by the Customer is unavailable.
If there is any changes in delivery address / contact details made between submission of order and delivery date, customers are to update Selvi stores online via phone or email. changes/updates in Personal Information will take effect in next order onwards.
Cash on Delivery
We accept Cash on delivery. Custome must paid full amout of invoice. Customer will be received our Invoice on delivery. Any special requests from customers for refunds and exchanges may require physical visit to Selvi stores, after agreed and arranged between customers and Selvi stores Online.
Selvi stores online is pledged to 100% customer satisfaction. If any item you receive has any defect, faulty workmanship, or defect due to shipping, Selvi stores will refund it.
If you need to return any item that meets these conditions, you must notify our Customer Call Center within 2 days of receipt of your order. Your inquiry will be promptly returned within 48 hours.
We will issue a 100% refund, credited to your next Selvi stores online order.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all original accessories.
Selvi stores return policy does not cover damage caused after an item has arrived at its destination, including spoilage, melting or other damage. All items must be returned in its original, unopened condition.
